Booking is now open to gain vital maths and English qualifications – fully funded by the Care Group. The qualifications, equivalent to GCSE grades A-C, can help you access apprenticeships and other development programmes. The offer is open to our local communities in Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.
The programme, delivered by New City College, is expected to begin in September, with sessions taking place once a week for three hours. Based on current interest, there has been a higher demand for maths than English. As a result, the college will focus on maths initially. If you’re also interested in completing English, you will have the opportunity to move on to this once you have successfully finished your maths qualification.
Classes will be held at campuses across east London, including Stepney, Poplar, Hackney, Epping, Ilford, Chadwell Heath, and Ardleigh Green. You’ll be able to request the site that suits you best during registration.
