An NHS App easy-ready leaflet is now available

Did you know that you can access an easy-read leaflet to learn more about the NHS App?

The NHS App has now recorded over 26 million registrations and you can use the NHS App wherever you are, at any time of the day or night. You can use it to access a range of NHS services, such as:

• Booking your GP appointments
• Ordering repeat prescriptions by seeing your available medicines
• Checking your symptoms visa a trusted NHS information on hundreds of conditions and treatments
• Instant advice with registering your organ donation decision

....and much more.

The NHS App will not replace existing services. You can still contact your GP surgery in the usual ways if you prefer. For example, by visiting or telephoning your practice.
