Three new programmes are all accessible from local Family Hubs. Here’s a snapshot of what’s on offer:
Baby and Us programme
Baby and Us is a free 10-week group programme offered to parents and carers of babies under 12 months. It runs during term time at your local Family Hub. This programme will help you to understand your baby’s cues, cope with challenges around feeding, sleep and crying. manage parental stress and more.

Being a parent programme
This programme guides you through years one to three in another 10-week group programme. Sign up for encouragement and support as you explore how you manage you and your child’s feelings, parenting roles, expectation and culture, positive behaviour management strategies, and more.
Incredible Years programme
The Incredible Years programme is a Tower Hamlets only offer, delivered by the Docklands Outreach Service. It supports parents and carers of children one to six years old. The aim is to strengthen the relationship and bond between parent and child, reduce behavioural difficulties and build the child’s social and emotional skills.
Family Hubs are based in children’s centre’s across the borough of Tower Hamlets. They support and pioneer a variety of projects and services aimed at helping children, young people, and families to realise their full potential.
