SCPHN Student (Health Visiting)

The post of the SCPHN Sponsorship Student is a development post building on existing knowledge, skills, and competencies to achieve a higher level of practice resulting in an academic qualification as well as a recordable/registerable qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

Community Nursery Nurse - 0-19 Service Tower Hamlets

Do you have an NNEB, a Diploma in Childcare & Education (CDE) or a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Early Years (DEXECL)? PCN Clinical Pharmacist

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an effective medicine management system within the Network 1 Primary Care Network (PCN), located in Bethnal Green, covering 50,000 patients across four practices.

The post holder will be expected to work to achieve cost-effective prescribing, work as an independent prescriber, provide advice and support for both patients and colleagues and undertake all duties expected within the changing role over time.
