Family Nurse, 0-19 Service, Waltham Forest

The post holder will be required to develop high-level generalist and specialist skills to work within the clinical methods of the structured programme. Family nurses will be expected to develop therapeutic relationships with clients and work intensively within complex family situations to achieve the expected outcomes of the programme.

SPA Administrator, Perinatal Mental Health, Family Hub Service

The post holder will play a pivotal part in our mission to provide essential mental health services to individuals in need during the perinatal period. The SPA Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for users, partners, clinical duty staff, and locality clinical teams, ensuring that referrals are handled efficiently and effectively.

The post holder will work to deliver the NHS EI London Immunisation Strategies and immunisations in synergy with local requirements, through Family Hubs, and working with key partners to deliver across marginalised communities.

Assistant Practitioner for Speech and Language Workforce, Pilot-0-19

The post holder will Triage a 12-month review for social communication differences/speech & language needs. Deliver early support for social communication differences (e.g. iBASIS-VIPP) to targeted allocation monthly on a one-on-one level, as per the agreed pathway.

Nursery Nurse, L4 Associate Practitioner, Perinatal Mental Health, X2

The post holder will assist women with perinatal mental health conditions to care for their babies, ensure that the emotional and physical needs of babies are met and engage in activities to promote the mother-infant relationship working within the Waltham Forest Family Hub team.

The post holder will work as a member of the Infant Feeding Team within the GPCG and work in collaboration with 0-19 services and HENRY to support mothers with Breastfeeding and responsive feeding and choice.
