Operations Manager

The post holder will have a specific responsibility to lead the development of the Business Plan to achieve the agreed quality, financial and performance/KPI targets including ensuring successful delivery of the Business Plan and direct responsibility for performance management within the Service.

We have an exciting new opportunity a qualified nurse to join us as an Associate Director of Governance and Lead Nurse at Tower Hamlets GP Care Group.

Clinical Nurse Specialist-Perinatal Mental Health - 0-19 Tower Hamlets

We're looking for a clinical nurse with minimum 2 years post qualification experience working with women with serious mental illness. 

You will be joining as a key member of the Start for Life Workforce Pilot, the post holder will work to receive appropriate perinatal support for themselves and their baby, promoting positive attachment via 121 supports, intervention of referred children/families, via video intervention, and supporting groups.

Safeguarding Advisor x 2

The post holder will work as part of the GP Care Group Safeguarding Team, supporting the Named Nurse to ensure that there is effective safeguarding service within GP Care Group in line with requirements set out in Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023), the London Safeguarding Children Procedures (2023) and the London Multi-Agency Safeguarding Policy & Procedures for Adults (2019).

The post holder will act as shift leader regularly ensuring the flow of patients through the department and work closely with the General Practitioners and Advanced Nurse Practitioners in early senior assessment, instigating investigations when required at the earliest opportunity to help with flow.

The post holder is an experienced clinician who, acting within their professional boundaries, will work flexibly and collaboratively with other members of the UTC team to provide care for the presenting patient. This will include initial history taking, clinical assessment, forming differential diagnosis, interpreting investigations where required and planning treatment with the patient which may include self-care or referral to speciality teams.
