2x Safeguarding Advisor

The post holder will work as part of the GP Care Group Safeguarding Team, supporting the Named Nurse to ensure that there is effective safeguarding service within GP Care Group in line with requirements set out in Working Together to Safeguard Children (2023), the London Safeguarding Children Procedures (2023) and the London Multi-Agency Safeguarding Policy & Procedures for Adults (2019).

Education Co-ordinator - 0-19 Service Tower Hamlets

The post holder will assist in the planning, coordination, and delivery of Education & training programmes, ensuring adherence to training objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Administration Support Officer

The post holder will oversee the work of a small 0-19 Children's Service administrative teamwork, support our Operations Manager and coordinate the delivery of support to our different programmes and services within our 0-19 Children's Service.

Community Nursery Nurse Perinatal Mental Health Family Hubs Service

The post holder will provide support and advice to families within a variety of community settings and in the home, under the direction of the perinatal practitioners/ clinicians.

Network Manager

The post holder will support the Networks Board and Clinical leadership teams in the implementation of the network objectives. Managing and monitoring performance so that the service meets its financial and operating targets.

Clinical Nurse Specialist-Perinatal Mental Health: 0-19 Tower Hamlets

The post holder will support the delivery of service transformation in line with role requirements and the development of integrated clinical care pathways in response to the latest evidence-based practice.

Integrated Community Staff Nurse - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

The postholder will deliver appropriately delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme, and have experience in or have the ambition to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency settings. Participate in child health screening, health promotion activities and supporting parenting in a variety of environments.

Family Nurse, 0-19 Service, Waltham Forest

The post holder will be required to develop high-level generalist and specialist skills to work within the clinical methods of the structured programme. Family nurses will be expected to develop therapeutic relationships with clients and work intensively within complex family situations to achieve the expected outcomes of the programme.
