We have an exciting opportunity for someone to work within our 0-19 Children's Universal Service. We seek a Single Point Access (SPA) Supervisor for our 0-19 Children's Universal Service in Waltham Forest.
The successful postholder will have the day-to-day responsibility for operational management of the administrative component of the SPA process, i.e., referral process of patient information, monitoring and updating operational data quality.

As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) School Nurse, the successful post holder will work within the School Health and Wellbeing Service (SHWS) as part of the Tower Hamlets GP Care Group integrated 0-19 service to deliver the Healthy Child Programme 5-19.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive service to meet the needs of children, young people and their families, applying the principles of positive health and wellbeing and the prevention of ill health with individuals, families, schools and the wider community.
