PCN Clinical Pharmacist

The postholder will undertake clinical medication reviews with patients and produce recommendations for senior clinical pharmacist, nurses and/or GP on prescribing and monitoring.

Integrated Community Staff Nurse - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

The postholder will deliver appropriately delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme, have experience in or have ambition to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency settings. Participate in child health screening, health promotion activities and supporting parenting in a variety of environments.

The postholder will be responsible for the delivery of a range of programmes that support the outcomes identified with the Health Child Programme 0 19. This will include the delivery of the NCMP, vision and hearing screening with Year Reception and Year 6 pupils. Also, the delivery of health promotion mainly within Children's Centres and primary school setting.

Head of Communications and Engagement

The postholder will lead the teams operational communications function, keeping the workforce, across our two boroughs, abreast of important information relating to the day-to-day running of the Care Group. While being responsible for ensuring the regularly consistent generation of good news stories and content about the Care Group for our public facing communications channels, such as our resident newsletters, website news pages, various social media channels.

MECSH Specialist Practitioner

The post holder will have the clinical knowledge experience, expertise to support HVs to recruit vulnerable clients in the antenatal and the postnatal period (up to maximum of 6-8 weeks postnatal or up to 6-8weeks post-discharge for infants who are retained in hospital at birth for postnatal care) engaging them and delivering until child turn two years of age.
