PCN General Practice Assistant

The postholder will accurately record patient notes in the clinical system, including accurate use of SNOMED codes and GPAD slot types.

Practice Development Nurse

The postholder will be responsible for the continuing development of evolving competency-based frameworks for Registered Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Associate Nurses monitoring and evaluating its effectiveness.

MECSH Specialist Practitioner

The post holder will have the clinical knowledge experience, expertise to support HVs to recruit vulnerable clients in the antenatal and the postnatal period (up to maximum of 6-8 weeks postnatal or up to 6-8weeks post-discharge for infants who are retained in hospital at birth for postnatal care) engaging them and delivering until child turn two years of age.
