Senior Staff Nurse
An exciting opportunity exists for progressive forward-thinking Senior Staff Nurses to join our high performing and enthusiastic team in the Urgent Treatment Centre based currently at the Royal London Hospital. We are proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC and consistently achieve above 95% for the 4 hour KPI.

Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Health Visitor (0-19 Service Waltham Forest)
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive practitioners with strong initiative and a passion for contributing to the continuous development of our service. You will work in close partnership with Children and Family Centres, schools, and other key agencies to ensure a holistic approach to care.

We have within Waltham Forest excellent opportunities within our 0-19 team for innovative and motivated Health Visitors who are keen to contribute to the further development of our service.

School Nurse - 0 -19 Service Waltham Forest
This postholder will manage a caseload of designated schools or area as the named health professional, with responsibility for the planning and delivery of the public health initiatives to the caseload. As well as, be responsible for identifying need within a school or community through profiling.

2 x Same Day Access Administrators
This is a pivotal role aimed at ensuring patients that should be treated in Primary Care receive timely, coordinated, and high-quality care. You will be supporting the PCNs and their Practices to deliver a Same Day Access Pilot Monday to Friday. This pilot will involve redirecting patients from A&E/UTC and 111 into PCN clinics at different locations across the PCNs. This includes triaging patients, actioning GP-assigned tasks, and contributing to service monitoring and improvement.

Operations Manager
We have a temporary role as Operations Manager (Lead for Widening Participation). The postholder will be responsible for leading the organisations Widening Participation (WP) activities supporting target groups, developing and delivering a range of bespoke programmes designed to widen access to higher education & careers in a Health and Social Care.

People Development Programme Co-ordinator 
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Programme Coordinator, to shape how we grow, support, and inspire our workforce. As the People Development Programme Coordinator, you will work closely with the Head of People Development to coordinate high-quality, multi-disciplinary training programmes, manage our new Learning Management System (LMS), and support the delivery of strategic workforce initiatives including apprenticeships. From working with internal leaders to external providers, you will bring people together to build a culture of continuous development.

Perinatal Community Nursery Nurse 
The main aim of the role is to assist women with perinatal mental health conditions to care for their babies, ensure that the emotional and physical needs of babies are met and engage in activities to promote the mother-infant relationship working within the Tower Hamlets Family Hub team. The post holder will understand the stages of development and assist where difficulties are identified and empower families to be confident in their parenting. They will work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, utilising skills and knowledge to support and advise mothers across all domains of caring for their baby.
