Health Visitor - 0-19 Service Tower Hamlets

Are you a qualified, NMC registered, Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) Health Visitor or a student SCPHN Health Visitor, qualifying in the next few months? If the answer is yes, we would love to hear from you.

Health Visitor (Bank) - 0-19 Service Tower Hamlets

MECSH Specialist Practitioner

The post holder will hold a small caseload of MECSH clients; Undertake home visits in accordance with MECSH; and support the delivery of MECSH Programme components and training to the Health Visitors, the HV skill mix, acting as a resource and mentor to others in relation to MECSH clinical practice.

Integrated Community Staff Nurse - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

The postholder will deliver appropriately delegated commissioned elements of the Healthy Child Programme, have experience in or have ambition to work in multi-disciplinary and multi-agency settings. Participate in child health screening, health promotion activities and supporting parenting in a variety of environments.

School Nurse - 0 -19 Service Waltham Forest

Finance Assistant (Networks)

The post holder will work closely with the Finance Manager, working across Primary Care Networks 6, 7 and 8, in order to deal with the increasing financial complexities and demands of Primary Care Networks. Each of the networks are independent limited companies, with two being CICs.

The post of the SCPHN Sponsorship Student is a development post building on existing knowledge, skills, and competencies to achieve a higher level of practice resulting in an academic qualification as well as a recordable/registerable qualification with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.

SCPHN Student (School Nursing)

The fundamental responsibilities of the post holder are to attain the academic credentials and the clinical skills required to practice as a NMC registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse on a defined pathway.
