PCN Clinical Pharmacist

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing an effective medicine management system within the Network 1 Primary Care Network (PCN), located in Bethnal Green, covering 50,000 patients across four practices.

The post holder will be expected to work to achieve cost-effective prescribing, work as an independent prescriber, provide advice and support for both patients and colleagues, undertake all duties expected within the changing role over time.

Community Staff Nurse – 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

Community Nursery Nurse – 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a range of programmes that support the outcomes identified with the Health Child Programme 0-19. This will include the delivery of the National Child Measurement Programme, vision and hearing screening with Year Reception and Year 6 pupils. Also, the delivery of health promotion mainly within Children's Centres and primary school settings. 

A NNEB or Diploma in Childcare & Education (CDE) or equivalent is required for the role.

Team Lead

Are you educated to first-degree level or equivalent with extensive experience leading, developing and motivating a skill mix team?

Then why not apply to become a Team Lead in the 0-19 Waltham Forest Service? Responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a multidisciplinary 0-19 skill mix team within a defined geographical area. To develop and deliver universal and early intervention (Tier 1 and 2) services for children aged 0-19 and their families using an integrated model of working across professional and organisational boundaries.

Operational Lead - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

The post holder will provide management and leadership responsibility for the effective operational and clinical running for the Family Hub Perinatal portfolio in Waltham Forest based universal and early intervention, or, targeted and specialist children services within, ensuring effective clinical delivery and performance management against key performance indicators and financial targets.
