Health Visitor - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest
As an integral member of the Health Visiting Service, the Health Visitor will deliver the Healthy Child Programme and using the 4/5/6 model will work with, and empower, individuals, families and communities to identify and promote the best physical, social and emotional health and wellbeing outcomes for children and their families in the local community, promoting and participating in public health initiatives.

School Nurse - 0 -19 Service Waltham Forest
The post holder will provide a comprehensive service to meet the needs of children, young people and their families, applying the principles of positive health and wellbeing and the prevention of ill health with individuals, families, schools and the wider community. The School Nurse will undertake the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for individual school aged children.

We are excited to offer experienced nurses the opportunity to be part of this pilot. We are running immunisation information clinics to parents and carers living in Tower Hamlets. The uniqueness of this pilot is we are offering to deliver baby vaccines in different venues such as children centres while working closely with our GP partners.
