EOTAS School Nurse
Do you know anyone with a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse School Nurse qualification (SCPHN), with minimum of 18 months consolidated practice as SCPHN.
The Care Group is looking for an EOTAS School Nurse to be responsible for day-to-day management of a defined caseload to support the achievement of a continuum of education provision for pupils with complex social, emotional, communication and behavioural difficulties by the provision of Specialist Public Health Practitioner provision.

General Practice Nurse (GPN) Trainee
The Care Group has a vacancy for a General Practice Nurse Trainee. The role is for a newly qualified or experienced nurse wishing to pursue a career in General Practice.
The Care Group, in partnership with our local GP employers, are delighted to offer either a two year or 12-month fixed-term training post to the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be working within a General Practice setting alongside studying at City University of London for a Post Graduate Diploma (PG Dip) in Practice Nursing. Alongside this they will be supported by our pioneering Nursing Development Open Doors clinical tutors.

Community Child Healthy Weight Lead
Do you have significant experience (minimum 3 years) of public health practice at a senior level and at a practical level in public health, nutrition, school nursing, health visiting or other related health field?
Then why not apply to become our new Community Child Healthy Weight Lead? You would provide systems leadership to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Tower Hamlets through the implementation of transformational change, with a focus on delivering a workplan to implement healthy weight care pathways, workforce training and delivery of the Baby Friendly Initiative.

This is another role to support our Urgent Treatment Centre. The successful applicant will be responsible for welcoming and working with patients in the Integrated Urgent Primary Care Service, so that they receive the most appropriate care, either from clinical staff, or by signposting to other services as appropriate.
