There are events at Meath Gardens Family Hub, 1 Smart Street in Bethnal Green, Thursday 8 May, and at Overland Family Hub, 60 Parnell Road in Bow, on Friday 9 May. Events run from 10am-3pm on both days.
Topics include how to elevate your voice in a maternity system, talking therapies, mindfulness and medications.
The events have been organised by Family Hubs, in partnership with Tower Hamlets Council, Tower Hamlets Talking Therapies and East London Foundation Trust (ELFT).
