Congratulations to Shelly and Shahin from the A&I team, on their retirement after 30 years

Posted on: 12 February 2020

After 30 years in the Advocacy and Interpreting service, Shelly Das and Shahin Rahman retired from the team last month. They have been valued members of the A&I service for 30 years.

Head of the service, Lawrence Muyimba said:

"They were both much-valued members of the team and were an integral part of the service helping people whose first language is not English. Throughout their NHS careers, they worked alongside many health professionals within Tower Hamlets and will be fondly remembered by all they crossed paths with."

After 30 years of hard work and kindness, they now both deserve a well-earned retirement to pursue other exciting ventures.
