The GP Care Group’s IT and Digital Team is looking for a permanent IT and Systems Change Facilitator to join their innovative team.
The successful candidate will provide IT, clinical systems and general system-related support to the whole of the organisation in liaison with our contracted IT support provider TechQuarters.
The post holder will be a key member of the team who will support services which range from Health Visiting, School Nursing, COVID Vaccination services, and Primary Care Networks providing systems access, IT technical support, training, and support coordination of inhouse IT refresh programs.
The candidate will act as the main port of call for IT technical knowledge for colleagues and teams alike, supporting and contributing to innovative digital technology solutions to improve, inform, and support projects to enable positive outcomes for services and ultimately our patients.
