The GP Care Group’s 0-19 team in Tower Hamlets has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Integrated Community Staff Nurse to join their friendly and inclusive team.
The successful candidate will work across the 0-19 service and have a positive attitude towards actively engaging with a diverse range of clients in our community. You will be able to participate in child health screening, including, weighing, measuring, vision and hearing, health promotion, clinical duty, school drop in/Healthy Child clinics and supporting parenting in a variety of environments including the family home, clinics, schools and Children’s centres as well as via digital means.
