With everyone spending a lot more time at home, physical activity is now more important than ever – not just for maintaining physical fitness, but also mental wellbeing.
A new 'Join the movement' campaign supported by Sport England and The National Lottery, is helping people find new ways to get moving in and around their home.
The campaign gives people tips, advice and guidance on how to stay active during the coronavirus outbreak and beyond. You can also find tools to help you make the most out of the fresh air during your daily walk, run or cycle, in line with the government's advice for one form of exercise a day.
