Every year the GP Care Group produces its Annual Report, a range of reports and summaries about our work, achievements, and summaries for the previous year.
This year's Annual Report 2020/21 film was presented at the Care Group's Annual General Meeting, which took place on Thursday 11 November 2021.
The film gives a useful snapshot of the last 12 months of work in our services, activities, and initiatives across the Care Group as well as a summary of our financial review. The film also includes commentary from the Chair, Joint Chief Executives, our Service Leads and details about how we support our Primary Care Networks.
