The NHS wants patients who need Neurological and Stroke Rehabilitation support in the community to receive a consistent service accessible to all people who need it. We know parents, families and carers in Tower Hamlets, Newham and Waltham Forest do not get the same community service at the moment.
The NHS has plans to change this to make sure patients and carers get the same service wherever they live.
