Healthwatch and CQC have joined forces for #BecauseWeAllCare campaign

Posted on: 15 July 2020

Healthwatch and the CQC (Care Quality Commission) have joined forces to launch a new campaign called 'Because We All Care'. The campaign helps health and social care services identify and address quality issues, and also encourages people to share feedback on their individual experience of care.

New research shows nearly two thirds of people would support NHS and social care services by actively providing feedback on their care. People also say they are more grateful for their healthcare services since the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.

You can support the new campaign by sharing your feedback on the CQC website or by joining the conversation on Twitter and Instagram, using the hashtag #BecauseWeAllCare

Please encourage your friends and family to give feedback on care they have received. This will help the Care Group find out what is working in our services, and what needs to be improved to ensure everyone gets quality care.
