Are you pregnant or have you recently given birth?

To support you with your body’s journey the NHS has created useful pelvic health and wellbeing and online tips for you. These include pelvic floor exercises, constipation and bladder care, pain management, perineal massage, looking after your stomach muscles, and much more.

These resources are available in multiple languages, including Arabic, Romanian, Spanish Turkish, Polish and Portuguese.
