North East London’s Health & Care Partnership has launched a ‘Big Conversation’, which is about listening to local residents in North East London, and understanding your views about health and care. This will help health care organisations, including the GP Care Group, focus on what matters to you and to work with you to improve our services.
In North East London, organisations working across health and care, including local government; the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector; the NHS and wider partners are already working together to plan and deliver joined up health and care services.
Based on what North East London’s Health & Care Partnership already know about the needs of local people, they are focusing on four priorities for improving quality and outcomes and tackling health inequalities. These are:
Babies, children and young people
Long term health conditions
Local employment and workforce
If you live in North East London, you can complete a short survey to have your say.
You can come along to an informal online event this July to share your thoughts on health and care services.
