Parents and carers now have a quick and simple gateway to access our Health Visiting and School Nursing teams via a new Single Point of Access route. This service is available between Monday to Friday during the hours of 9am and 5pm.
How do I access the service?
Simply call 0204 551 1414.
When you call you will be asked to choose between the Health Visiting and School Nursing Team. This may be in the form of a return call or booking you an appointment in a face-to-face or virtual clinic.
