We are pleased to share five-star praise for one of our doctor’s at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel from one of her patients.
Dr Ebtisam Bsis, who works at the Care Group-run Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC), was praised for being caring, kind and compassionate to a patient.
The review, posted on Google, from a patient called Antonis.
He said: “I have no words to describe how amazing she was. Reassuring, caring, kind, understanding, encouraging, she treated me like a human being with full compassion.
“She listened to everything I mentioned with full attention, treated me in an excellent way…and since she noticed I was very stressed…gave me reassuring words throughout although she didn’t have to.”
We know UTC staff make a difference to patients each day and it is lovely to have this experience shared more widely. Thank you Dr Bsis, and thank you, Antonis.
