Recognising our inspiring colleagues

Our staff are at the heart of everything we do, so we value the opportunity to celebrate them, and that’s what we did at our annual Inspire Awards which took place on Tuesday 8 April.

Posted on: 25 April 2025

The annual awards event, which celebrate the contributions of our teams and services serving the residents of Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, was held at the Ecology Pavilion in Mile End. It was followed by our Annual General Meeting.

Our Chief Executive, Zainab Arian, said: “It was fantastic to come together for our truly inspirational Inspire Awards event. There were so many brilliant nominations which made it especially tough to pick the winners.

“These awards are a testament to the efforts colleagues make each day to make a difference to the people we serve, and to each other. We often say that our people are our greatest asset, and events like this prove that sentiment to be true.”
