Share your thoughts on where you go when in need of same day urgent health care in north east London

What do you do if you, or someone you love, need to seek urgent medical attention on the same day?

With coronavirus in circulation, the NHS is preparing for a busy winter. It's important that those in need of urgent medical attention know where to get same-day advice and/or treatment safely; whilst also receiving the right care.

East London Health and Care Partnership (ELHCP) are running a short survey to ask residents in north east London about what they would do if they needed medical attention on the same day. Your views will help us to understand why people choose to go to particular services and help to communicate what the residents should do this winter.

The survey should take about 5 to 10 minutes and is available here. Your responses will remain confidential and anonymous. Your information will be processed and protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act, and not retained any longer than is necessary.

The closing date for responses is Sunday 25 October at 9pm.
