Did you know that the NHS turns 75 on 5 July?
As part of the NHS75 celebration, Tower Hamlets residents, and local health and care teams are encouraged to join a themed parkrun for the NHS. Everyone is welcome to come along and walk, run, jog or volunteer on that day. It's a positive, welcoming, and inclusive experience where there is no time limit, and no one finishes last.

When: Saturday 8 and Sunday 9 July 2023 at 9am.
Where: Mile End Stadium
The parkruns take place every Saturday morning countrywide for friendly enjoyable 5k events, 2k Junior parkruns, and more.
For this NHS75 special event it’s encouraged that as many NHS health and care folks are there on the day! No booking required – just turn up.
