Posted on: 13 May 2022

Do you or do you know someone that needs mental health support?

Tower Hamlets Mental Health Crisis Line Service operates 24/7 for everyone experiencing a mental health crisis. The service is run by East London NHS Foundation Trust and plays a crucial role in Tower Hamlets for people would need mental health support.

The service can:

  • provide accurate information and advice about local mental health services
  • communicate with other services or teams on your behalf if you wish
  • support you in a non-directive way, to empower and encourage you to take control of your own life and come to your own decisions.

How do I access the service?

You should call 0800 073 0003 if you feel your mental health is deteriorating or if you are in distress and you need to contact a qualified mental health professional.
