Community Nursery Nurse - 0-19 Service Waltham Forest

An exciting opportunity has risen within the GP Care Group Waltham Forest for an efficient and highly motivated Community Nursery Nurse to work in the Community Public Health 0-19 services. You will participate in the delivery of The Healthy Child Programme and be expected to work in various community settings including the homes of families.
