The virtual experience, which took place on 22 May, was part of our ongoing efforts to explore innovative and inclusive ways to attract high quality people to our workforce.
Working in healthcare can be a very rewarding experience. With a varied roster of roles, there is something for everyone. Taking part in initiatives like the virtual careers day offered the opportunity to meet potential candidates in a sustainable way.
On the day, senior managers were available at our virtual booths to meet job-seekers interested in roles within our 0-19 services (Waltham Forest and Tower Hamlets), our Urgent Treatment Centre, based at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel as well as general vacancies within our organisation.
If you missed the opportunity to visit us on the virtual careers day to enquire about working at the Care Group, do keep an eye on our NHS Jobs page, and if you are interested in a role, reach out to discuss it in more detail.
If you are just beginning your healthcare career, or are looking to explore a change within healthcare, check out our apprenticeships programme. To give local people a start in their career, we also offer internships.
