The Health Visiting part of our website has had a big refresh – with a range of videos and new written and visual content to make the pages more attracting and engaging.
Colleagues in both Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest, have produced videos for each of the health appointments offered as part of the Healthy Child Programme.
In addition, we produced videos in both Somali and Sylheti, with translated written content in Somali and Bengali.
Hamida Serdiwala-White, Head of 0-5 services in Tower Hamlets, said: “These new videos and web pages were a response to feedback from service users, staff and commissioners who asked for information in a range of formats to make it easier to engage with our service. I’d like to thank everyone who participated in the filming – these are really simple and effective videos which will make a big difference.”
