Dr Tania Anastasiadis appointed Vice Chair of GP Care Group

Dr Tania Anastasiadis has been appointed Vice Chair of Tower Hamlets GP Care Group.

The appointment was made at the September Board meeting. It follows the departure of Dr Joe Hall, who stepped down from the Board earlier this year.  

Dr Tania has practised as a GP in Tower Hamlets for over 20 years and joined the Care Group Board in 2019.

Dr Tania Anastasiadis, GP Partner at St Stephen’s Health Centre and Director of Bow Health Network, said: “I’m delighted to have been appointed Vice Chair of the Tower Hamlets GP Care Group Board.

“It feels particularly meaningful to take on this role within an organisation and community that I have been part of for so many years.

“The emergence of neighbourhood working brings real opportunities for us to evolve, strengthen collaboration and further develop how we support local populations, practices and wider services.
