Your Health Services
The Care Group provides a wide range of healthcare services for residents of both Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest.

GP and Primary Care services
These include, our Extended Access Hubs, and Out of Hours Service, both of which widen access to general practice for people who need appointments outside of normal practice hours.
Perhaps our busiest service is the Tower Hamlets Urgent Treatment Centre at the Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel. Our team sees around 200 patients each day.
Community Health Services
We also support patients for whom English may not be their first language, through our busy advocacy and interpreting service.
We work very closely with general practice in Tower Hamlets. For example, our Social Prescribing Service helps residents with non-medical issues, such as housing or loneliness, which can affect health and wellbeing.
Services for Parents & Families: Tower Hamlets
A big part of our work is supporting children and families. We operate the Tower Hamlets 0-5 Service, supporting babies and children, their parents or carers, from before birth through to five years old.
Services for Parents & Families: Waltham Forest
In Waltham Forest, we manage the 0-25 service for childrenand young adults, which includes health visiting and school health.
All of our services have one aim – to improve the health andwellbeing of you, the residents who rely on these services. Find out more byclicking the links below.
