Care Group Training has officially launched, aiming to deliver high-quality learning and development to individuals, teams and organisations nationwide.
The organisation delivers training across the NHS, public and voluntary sectors. Care Group Training offers educational programmes across:
- Mental health
- Wellbeing
- Behaviour change
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- General Practice
- Leadership and management
- AI and IT.
Courses are designed to be inclusive to the modern workplace, helping people build skills and confidence that can be applied in their roles. Courses are offered for individual bookings and for groups. Organisations can also access bespoke training and support tailored to the needs of their teams.
Courses include accredited Mental Health First Aid training, ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training), primary care training for clinical and non-clinical staff, and the Elevate leadership and management programme. Digital learning ranges from essential IT and Microsoft 365 skills to healthcare-focused training in EMIS Web, Excel and SharePoint.
Care Group Training is part of Tower Hamlets GP Care Group, which supports practices and healthcare professionals across Tower Hamlets and North East London.
